Dr. Marion Ingegneri, M.A. // ThD (h.c.)

VISIONARY

As the founding pastor of Grace North Church located in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, Marion says, “Opening the doors of this amazing church is one of the most exciting assignments I ever responded to.”  In her 18 years of service to Grace North Church, she determined to see “Jesus established in people, regions, and cultures by a community of sent ones.” The church started in her front room with six people and grew into a network of churches with three physical locations and five congregations. She completed her service to Grace North Church in October of 2021 so that she may focus full-time on leaders nationally and globally.

ENTREPRENEUR

Marion is always willing to jump into a new adventure. It is no surprise that in addition to her ministerial work, Marion is also the broker/owner of Gateway Properties. Her work in the real estate industry began in 1981 and certainly provides her with a fresh perspective as well as relevant and much-needed business acumen.

REVIVALIST

Marion is known for her prophetic ministry and for stirring up the revivalist heartbeat. She is ordained with the Foursquare Church since 1980 and Marion takes her calling seriously. When preaching or speaking her messages are presented in a way that challenges people to respond to God.  Her apostolic and revivalist perspective opens hearts and creates a readiness for the Holy Spirit.

Of great importance to Marion is to hear and execute what the Lord is saying. Her leadership encourages a national and global impact with ministry throughout the United States and globally to Australia, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, Europe, Israel, and South Africa. Marion speaks to all groups but is strategic in her focus to discover and empower ministry and business leaders. She is the founder of the Ministry Leader Network, a program designed to help ministry leaders live and lead with excellence.

Marion is the founder and director of Essential Conferences for Women. The conference speaks to the needs of women and includes a leadership track. In 2023 Essential Conference hosted a centennial gathering at Angelus Temple, celebrating 100 years of ministry started by a woman. The legacy of Aimee Semple McPherson is a worthy celebration. the Essential Centennial event is a global outreach calling women from around the world to gather for Spirit-empowered encounters!

Marion is also the founder and director of the Women in Ministry Leadership Cohort aka WIML, an intensive seven-month experience designed to catapult and network female leaders to higher missional purposes. It is not unusual for Dr. Marion to strategize with a leader or an organization toward greater effectiveness.  The concepts of WIML have now been mobilized in multiple regions in the United States and include ministry for men and worship leaders. WIML impacts the global community as many leaders from all over the world have completed the program.
